Pressure Washing
We pressure wash or soft wash, depending on the situation. A lot of people don't know there is actually a major difference between the two, and it speaks for itself with their names.

Pressure washing involves spraying high-pressure water to remove dirt and grime. This is a version of maintenance cleaning that is very cheap and quick. If you keep up with your maintenance, pressure washing, you can avoid paying higher costs later on to remove the dirt and grime that soaks into your property and stains it.
Soft washing, on the other hand, entails pre-treating the surface to be cleaned with a mixture of chemicals and soap to eat away any organic growth buried deep within the material we're cleaning. We leave this treatment on for some time, then rinse away everything with low-pressure water to avoid any streaks or damage. This is a version of deep cleaning, and because it takes twice as long to accomplish, the cost is roughly twice as much as well.

Roof
Roofs will AWAYS undergo a soft wash treatment. We don't want to remove any more granulation in your shingles than what has already been done. So, we gently apply chemical and soap and rinse it away with low pressure. This process can actually help prolong your roofs life span, because we're killing all the organic growth that eats away at your shingles.

Driveways/Sidewalks
Concrete surface will ALWAYS undergo a soft wash AND pressure wash treatment. Concrete is very porous, and we must use chemicals and concentrated pressure to pull out all the organic growth built up within your concrete.

$.70 per square foot for extremely dirty surfaces that will take more than one cleaning pass.
